Subject: Recent Stay
We have just returned from our third stay at the Apartments of South Yarra
in three years. We were there from February 23 to March 2, and the again
from March 10 to March 16. The fact that we keep returning tells you something
about our satisfaction with the accommodation. It provides us with just what
we need- a good, unfussy,clean place to stay in a great location. In our
experience the apartments are well maintained and provide all the equipment
needed for a visitor to feel more at home than is possible in a hotel.
What makes the Apartments really special,however, is the quality of the
staff who administer them. Everyone with whom we had contact at the
Apartments of South Yarra was friendly, welcoming and efficient. Particular praise
should go to Erin Morton, who just gets it right - especially if you are
arriving, tired, dishevelled and a bit confused after a long flight.
I often think that the true quality of any organisation is best revealed by
the way in which it reacts when things go wrong. By this test the South
Yarra Apartments comes out well again. This year we felt we had to request a
change of apartment and were both impressed by the ease with which this was
arranged.
We now have a grandson living in Melbourne and look forward to more visits
in the next few years. We hope we will be able to stay with you and enjoy
the benefits the accommodation provides.
